How to read this
- Drawdown type is the field that changes an account most and the one firms describe least clearly. A static limit never moves. A trailing one follows your end-of-day close. An intraday one follows your running peak, unrealised gains included.
- The buffer is profit you must hold and can never withdraw. An account with a $2,100 buffer and a $2,000 cap needs $4,100 before the first request.
- Qualifying days are counted after you reach the target, not before, and several firms ask for more of them on later payouts than on the first.
